MAPLE NUMBER 1 SHOP grade is a high-grade board selected for clear two-face and clear one-face applications. The clear two-face cuttings are ideal for panel production, cabinetry, and furniture. The clear one-face cuttings are well suited for casegood fronts and tops, and cabinetry requiring only one clear face. Widths: 4 inch admitting (by volume) 5 percent narrows (85.73 mm) minimum. Length:  72 inch (182.88 cm) minimum. Minimum Size Cuttings: 4 inch (101.60 mm) wide by 24 inch (60.96 cm) and longer and 3 inch (76.20 mm) wide by 36 inch (91.44 cm) and longer one-face cuttings. Back of cuttings are sound or better. Overall Minimum Yield: 66-2/3 percent.
